Smart Read Mobile App to collect daily urine read from nephrotic patients. This will help doctors in nephrotic department to collate urine read information for research and pattern recognition. This is a simple 4-5 pages mobile app that helps patients or carers to enter data that they would have noted down in paper. This is for a pilot project we are introducing in the North East of UK.
